Deliverables build on one another. Most customers process full case files end-to-end. A typical 1,000-page case may range from ~1,000 credits for structure-only to ~7,000 credits for full analysis and client-ready deliverables.

▸ Turnaround Expectations

Most cases are processed overnight (p95). In rare exception cases — such as poor record quality or additional quality review — processing may take up to 48 hours.

Monthly commitments with clear usage tracking, published overage rates by tier, optional usage caps to prevent unexpected spend, and limited rollover available (plan-dependent).
