  • Successful candidates: Data becomes part of employee records
  • Unsuccessful candidates (with consent): Up to 2 years for future opportunities
  • Unsuccessful candidates (without consent): 6 months after recruitment concludes
  • Interview records: 1 year after position filled

  • Decline (we'll delete your data after 6 months)
  • Withdraw consent anytime by emailing security@tryinquery.com

9. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or AI systems as the sole basis for hiring decisions. All decisions involve human review.
